Alright it is time to press play and get your fitness goals conquered. The Challenge for this month is the 21 Day Fix! This program helps you learn better nutrition that is specific to your needs. I’ve done this program and lost so many inches that I am doing this again with YOU!

We’ve all heard that it takes 21 days to form a habit and most of us could improve on our nutrition. So, let’s take 21 days to learn how to eat and when to eat that maximizes our body’s potential to burn fat.
