To get us to our goals it is often necessary to break things down into to smaller more achievable tasks. The Challenges you will find here will help you achieve your overall health goals by taking 21-day, 30-day, 60-day and 90-day challenges. These Challenges can be done in the comfort of your own home. No gym membership is required. Each month there will be at least one Challenge going on that you can join. These Challenges will motivate you, “challenge” you, and lead you to success. The formula works…as long as you work it! Success comes through consistent commitment to the activities that directly lead to your desired outcome.

There are 2 types of Challenges: FREE and traditional Challenges. Each type will run monthly and you are encouraged to do both to achieve your desired outcome.
